These team members should be acknowledged and recognized for the extraordinary delivery of service! Call out to these team members, though I'm sure everyone would have treated my group the same: Front Desk/Guest Services - Robbie, Crystal, Britany and Sharon, Environmental Services (housekeeping) - Gliza. I mentioned during my checkout if I was to rate my customer experience from 1 to 100, it would be 100! I was treated respectfully, my needs were accommodated at every level, and I left feeling like I was truly a "guest". I am partially ashamed to say I ate a cookie almost everyday.įrom the call to make my reservation to the time I checked out, my experiences were exceptional. The chocolate chip cookies that the front desk made each day were heavenly. It was very easy to walk the local area and I never felt unsafe around the hotel or city. The hotel was conveniently located about 1/4 mile from some restaurants and bars at the Gateway, and it was along a transit line that moved throughout the city. I did not use the pool since everyday was in the upper 90s to low 100s, but I used the fitness center which had 3 treadmills, an elliptical, and free weights. We used the conference room which had plenty of space for at least 25 people. I was at the hotel for 11 days for a work conference. to 9:00am., which was slightly longer than other hotels I have been in recently. The complimentary breakfast extended from 6:30a.m. ![]() The king bed room was spacious with a living area. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was very attentive and genuinely polite.
